Inspection, Exchange & Return Policy
Once you receive your order from the courier, you have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the item.
If you choose not to keep the product, it must be returned immediately to the courier, and you will be required to pay shipping fees only.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once the courier leaves.
For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
Any item accepted without inspection is considered the customer’s full responsibility, and no refund or exchange can be processed after the courier has left.
Sale Items
Orders may be inspected upon delivery; however, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS is allowed after the courier leaves, under any circumstances.
