Exchange & Return Policy
We aim to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and with the right fit. To maintain a smooth experience, please review our policy below:
1. Try-on at Delivery (Inspection Upon Receipt)
β’ Customers are kindly requested to inspect and try on their items upon delivery before the courier leaves.
β’ Our courier will allow sufficient time for you to check the itemβs size, fit, and overall condition.
β’ Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be exchanged or returned for sizing or preference reasons.
2. Manufacturing Defects
β’ If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
β’ The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery, or within 24 hours of receiving the order (with clear proof such as photos or videos).
β’ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
β’ Once the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with either:
β Replacing the item with the same product (if available), or
β Issuing a full refund via Instapay.
Important Notes
β’ Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the two cases mentioned above.
β’ Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
β’ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
β’ Refunds will be processed within 7β14 working days via Instapay after the returned item is received and approved.
