Exchange & Return Policy
We aim to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and with the right fit. To maintain a smooth experience, please review our policy below:
1. Try-on at Delivery (Inspection Upon Receipt)
• Customers are kindly requested to inspect and try on their items upon delivery before the courier leaves.
• Our courier will allow sufficient time for you to check the item’s size, fit, and overall condition.
• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be exchanged or returned for sizing or preference reasons.
2. Manufacturing Defects
• If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
• The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery, or within 24 hours of receiving the order (with clear proof such as photos or videos).
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Once the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with either:
– Replacing the item with the same product (if available), or
– Issuing a full refund via Instapay.
Important Notes
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the two cases mentioned above.
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via Instapay after the returned item is received and approved.
