• Once inspected and approved, you can choose your replacement item.
• Your new piece will be shipped immediately after the return is confirmed.
• Shipping fees are covered by the customer.
2. Quick Exchange
• Place a new order right away without waiting.
• Then submit a return request for the original item.
• After the returned item is received, checked, and approved, your refund will be issued via Instapay.

Refund Policy
• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via Instapay.
